Thank you for shopping with PC Activewear. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on major U.S. holidays.

  • During high-volume seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via trusted third-party carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Once your package is:

  • Dropped off

  • Scanned into the carrier’s system

  • Marked as shipped

PC Activewear no longer has control over the handling, transit time, delays, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
PC Activewear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
